Simply contact us and we will arrange a collection for you. Ironing is normally returned within a maximum 48 hours. We operate on all Bank Holidays, except over the Christmas period. We weigh your ironing upon collection.

Service

Shirts, trousers, dresses, skirts & tops with collars are returned on hangers with protective covers that we supply FREE of charge. We would be grateful if you could return these with your next load of ironing. We will change these when they are no longer useable with no charge. All other items are professionally folded and stored in your personal laundry bag which is supplied FREE and is yours to keep. Use the laundry bag to store your ironing until we collect the next time which can be on a regular basis or as and when suits you.

Payment

We accept cash or cheque and provide an itemised receipt for your records. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment upon return of ironing. There is a minimum order charge of £12.00.

Peace of Mind

We adhere to strict protocols that include a strict no smoking policy to ensure your laundry is fresh fro return to you. Our comprehensive 'goods in transit' insurance policy covers our vehicles for any unforeseen circumstances whilst returning your order.
